What we collect

• Email address — for receipts, delivery notices, and account recovery.
• Shipping address — to send gifts.
• Subscription records — plan, dates, payment status.
• Request logs — which questions were asked and which suggestions were returned.

How long we keep it

Subscription and delivery records are kept while the service exists, because they are needed for accounting and for correcting past mistakes. Request logs are kept indefinitely to improve recommendations; they store an internal user number rather than a name or address.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share addresses with anyone except the supplier that ships the gift.

Deleting your data

Write to [email protected] and we will delete your account and the personal data attached to it.

Payment

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details never reach our servers.
